Any data we have is held to improve the efficiency for the customers
future bookings.
Buckinghamshire Council rules and regulations state we must hold
information an all journeys which includes customers telephone
number, pick-up address, destination, the journey history with route
the driver undertook. This information will be held for the minimum
that the Council requires legally.
Gilberts also holds the following information: phone call recordings
for training and quality purposes and email addresses for journey
receipts.
